Industries

Built for the tradesyou actually run.

Commercial and mechanical service contractors run more than one trade under one roof — HVAC, mechanical, refrigeration, and increasingly fire & life safety, as divisions of a single business, not separate companies. Every vertical below runs on the same equipment-first platform.

Is each industry page a different product?

No — one platform, one equipment-first schema. Each industries page is written for that vertical's real ops and financial pain, not a different product with a different name on it.

Why isn't plumbing or electrical listed?

Those verticals aren't built yet — Thermal's vertical-pack sequence covers fire & life safety first, then plumbing and electrical. A page ships once the underlying capability is real, not before.

What about elevator?

Elevator is a separate, deal-gated vertical tied to a specific partnership that hasn't been signed yet. It isn't part of this lineup and won't be until that's finalized.

Does a multi-trade contractor need to pick just one industry?

No. Thermal is built for contractors who run more than one trade as divisions of a single business — HVAC, mechanical, and eventually fire, plumbing, and electrical crews can share one dispatch board, one back office, and one set of customer records.

Run every trade you carry from one platform.
