What it is

Fire & life-safety equipment — sprinkler risers, alarm panels, suppression systems, extinguishers — runs on the same equipment spine as HVAC in Thermal, not a bolted-on module. A fire contractor turns on the fire & life-safety pack for their organization, and fire equipment gets its own type definitions and attributes without waiting on a separate product.

This is a real, in-progress vertical pack, not a finished one, and this page says exactly where the line is: the equipment record, the pack registry, and roughly 20 NFPA-oriented inspection templates are live today. Automatic deficiency-severity classification, cert-gated dispatch, and a self-serve activation screen are still on the roadmap.

The through-line is recurring obligation. Inspection work is scheduled against a clock — annual for extinguishers, more frequent for suppression systems and risers — and a missed date is not a comfort complaint, it's a compliance exposure for the customer's building. That's why this page argues from the inspection calendar, the deficiency log, and the code-compliance record — the same source data behind PM compliance rate and, on the response side, SLA compliance rate — rather than from margin math.

Authority-having jurisdiction filings

Thermal tracks the inspection and the deficiency so your team can produce the record. It does not file with an authority having jurisdiction, and it does not issue certificates on a regulator's behalf — the record is yours to present.

Self-serve pack activation, for now

Named-customer proof, for now

There's no logo wall on this page because we don't have one worth showing yet. What we can do is run your own fire-inspection account through the product on a call. The security page is written to be forwarded to whoever signs off.
