Panels get an annual NFPA 70B thermography scan and a 5-year NFPA 70E arc-flash incident-energy re-study, generators run a monthly NFPA 110 load test, and emergency lighting gets a monthly functional and an annual 90-minute duration test — a missed cadence is a life-safety and code-compliance risk for the customer’s building, not a comfort complaint.
