Bring your price book
Import price-book items into Thermal from a CSV you obtain from Allpriser, Profit Rhino—including legacy Callahan Roach—The New Flat Rate, PricebookPlus, FieldEdge Flat Rate/Coolfront, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, Service Fusion, or FieldPulse. Thermal maps code and name, plus optional description, category, item type, price, and default quantity. Export availability and licensing vary by provider. Native live sync is planned.
View live-sync roadmapWhich accounting systems does Thermal work with?
QuickBooks today — Online and Desktop, with two-way sync in early access. Xero, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Sage Intacct are all on the roadmap; Business Central as a companion surface beside the ERP itself.
Do I have to switch accounting software to use Thermal?
No. Thermal meets you where you are — keep QuickBooks and connect it today (two-way sync is in early access). Xero and Sage Intacct support are on the roadmap. If you run Business Central, the beside-the-ERP experience is planned for you.
Is my data locked in?
No. Your data remains yours. No penalty exit clause. No export ransom.
How does Thermal secure a connected integration?
Every credential is encrypted before it's stored, inbound webhooks are signature-verified, and outbound webhooks are signed so your systems can confirm they came from Thermal.
