How does contract length work?
Thermal does not impose minimum terms or penalties for leaving. No penalty exit clause — your data remains yours. Commercial accounts are typically on annual agreements, renewing each year.
How do I add more technicians?
Add a technician in the Staff section. Additional seats bill at the same per-tech rate for your tier, prorated to your next billing date. There is no bulk-tier jump required — you pay only for the seats you actually use.
How is usage pricing handled for automated workflows?
Scheduling suggestions, PM reminders, and approval-gated automations are included in your per-tech fee. Usage-based pricing for agentic capabilities is on the roadmap — when those features reach production, the pricing and any approval boundaries will be disclosed before you commit. You review and approve before anything runs.
