What Thermal is
Thermal is field service management software for commercial and mechanical service contractors. It runs dispatch, service agreements, equipment records, preventive maintenance, work orders, invoicing, compliance, job costing and vendor coordination from one platform.
The architectural centre is the installed-equipment record: every job, agreement and invoice traces to a specific piece of equipment at a specific service site, not just a calendar appointment.
QuickBooks Online syncs with Thermal both ways. Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Xero are on the roadmap.
