For any piece of installed equipment — a rooftop unit, a chiller, a boiler — the service history report pulls every work order ever performed on it into one timeline: repairs, PM visits, parts replaced, refrigerant handled, and who did the work. It answers what's actually happened to this unit without digging through years of separate customer invoices to reconstruct it.

Why equipment-level history is different from job history
A job history report tells you what work orders happened.
