There is no Sage Intacct connection or sync today. The plan is for invoices and payments to post from Thermal to Sage Intacct, for customers to map both ways, and for branches and service lines to map to entities and dimensions. Until it is built, export from Thermal and enter the records in Sage Intacct by hand.

Export from Thermal and enter the records in Sage Intacct by hand. Card payments work today without a Sage Intacct connection: take a card on site or send a pay link, and the invoice closes when it is paid.

When it is built, Thermal will not create accounts, restructure your chart or file anything.

What will sync?
Once it is built: invoices and payments from Thermal to Sage Intacct, customers both ways, and branches and service lines mapped to entities and dimensions.
Will Thermal touch our general ledger or consolidation?
No. Sage Intacct keeps the general ledger and multi-entity consolidation.
If I leave, can I take my data?
Yes. There is no penalty exit clause, and an owner can pull a full export from Settings at any time. See the exit terms.
