A direct Sage Intacct adapter is on the roadmap: the service and equipment work stays in Thermal, and the numbers post through to Sage Intacct once it ships.
What it is
The Sage Intacct integration is planned as a direct adapter between Thermal and your Sage Intacct book — not a migration and not a replacement. When it ships, Thermal builds the invoice from the completed work order and the agreement's coverage rules, then hands the records that move money across to Sage Intacct, mapped to the right entity and dimensions.
Your general ledger, your multi-entity consolidation and your filings stay inside Sage Intacct — on purpose. Thermal owns the service and equipment side, including the cost that rolls up through job costing; Sage Intacct keeps the books. None of the adapter is built yet: it's on the public roadmap, and Thermal connects to QuickBooks instead.

When it ships, Thermal posts invoices, payments and customers mapped to your entities and dimensions. Your general ledger and multi-entity consolidation stay inside Sage Intacct — on purpose. Thermal will never touch them.
Leaving is not an event
Your data remains yours. No penalty exit clause, no export ransom — an owner can pull a full export from Settings at any time. The security page documents how that works.
